Job Description - IT Support Intern

About You Educated: Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT, software engineering, computer science, or a similar field of study Organized: You have excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills Communicative: Whether written or verbal, people know what you mean, what you are asking for, and what is expected Interpersonal: Your great attitude makes you approachable and you demonstrate excellent customer service Initiative: You have the ability to independently assess issues and take action Proficient: Experience configuring and troubleshooting Windows and macOS devices Key Responsibilities Owning the full cycle of our IT onboarding process: setting up and deploying IT equipment Provisioning and de-provisioning of machines, users and systems access Acting as the first point of contact for IT issues and tickets, resolving, and documenting solutions Maintaining and updating knowledge base articles to help users self serve Assessing recurring issues to create automated processes and solutions where possible Managing Hardware and Software asset inventories Other tasks as assigned Why GeoComply?
