What will you be doing?

As an Intern , we are looking for an enthusiastic and talented intern with a background in Human Resources, Marketing or Communications to assist in managing our employee engagement and communications platforms. Responsibilities include:

• Oversee the daily operations of our Kudos Recognition Platform, ensuring timely acknowledgments and updates.
• Deploy surveys, manage timelines, and analyze data on the WorkTango Survey Platform to extract meaningful insights that inform company strategies.
• Monitor and manage the recognition inbox, ensuring all communications are handled efficiently and with a personal touch.
• Craft and post engaging content across various social media platforms to boost our company’s online presence and engage with our audience.
• Analyze survey results and prepare reports for the management team to help drive organizational improvement.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
• Analytical skills with a keen eye for details.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
