At Roche you can show up as yourself, embraced for the unique qualities you bring. Our culture encourages personal expression, open dialogue, and genuine connections,  where you are valued, accepted and respected for who you are, allowing you to thrive both personally and professionally. This is how we aim to prevent, stop and cure diseases and ensure everyone has access to healthcare today and for generations to come. Join Roche, where every voice matters.

The Position

As a Value Pricing & Reimbursement Intern, you will be part of a strategic engine dedicated to navigating the complex intersection of healthcare policy and data analytics to ensure life-changing therapies reach patients. You will join a fast-paced, collaborative, and forward-thinking team that actively embraces data-driven insights and modern technology like AI to optimize workflows. This unique opportunity allows you to see the direct impact of health economics on patient access and corporate strategy while shaping the future of our innovative pipeline.

The Opportunity:

  • Support the strategic preparation, adaptation, and formatting of reimbursement submissions for Health Technology Assessment (HTA) bodies and provincial files.

  • Conduct detailed data analysis on market access metrics with a specific focus on tracking and measuring "time to access" for innovative therapies.

  • Extract, clean, and synthesize data from diverse and complex databases to support pipeline product research, health economic modeling, and market access strategies.

  • Review and modernize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance divisional efficiency, operational excellence, and overall compliance.

  • Collaborate within a hybrid work environment to drive continuous improvement, leveraging advanced environmental scanning and literature research to support the team's objectives.

Who You Are:

  • You are currently enrolled in and pursuing a Master's Degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Pharmacy, Epidemiology, Data Analytics, Health Administration, or a related quantitative/scientific discipline.

  • You possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data manipulation) and strong quantitative skills for analytical modeling and extracting data.

  • You have experience or strong literacy using AI tools—such as Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering—to synthesize research, format documents, and optimize workflows.

  • You are an excellent communicator and collaborator who can translate complex data into clear, actionable visual insights while exemplifying our core values of Integrity, Courage, and Passion.

  • You bring (or have a strong academic interest in) exposure to the Canadian pharmaceutical reimbursement landscape and HTA processes.

Additional Information:

  • Duration & Schedule: 12-month, full-time (35 hours per week), work term beginning in September 2026.

  • Location: Based in Mississauga, Ontario. Our team follows a hybrid work structure requiring majority of time in the office.

This position is not eligible for relocation support.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga is 57 416,00 and 75 358,50 of hiring range. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors as determined by the company.
