2026 Wealth Management, Summer Capacity Management Analyst (4 Months)

You will join the Wealth Management Global Operations Performance & Capacity team to work with through the summer semester. The responsibilities will include:

• Assist in developing workforce capacity forecast models that will help predict future resource requirements
• Assist in devising capacity management best-practice and training materials
• Create and modify Tableau dashboards to be used by management to make strategic resource decisions
• Other projects & assignments as required
