• Professional and articulate with excellent written & verbal communication.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to various systems.

 What we expect our candidates to do daily

 • Provide patient service, administrative and clerical duties, and other activities to support the clinic.

• Welcome patients, answering or redirecting general inquiries in person, by telephone, and via email.

• Participate in team meetings on clinical, administrative and/or quality management.

• Work collaboratively with team to assist in patient recalls and referrals.

• Responsible for maintaining and contributing to a safe workplace.

• Maintain infection and prevention control and ensure all wok surfaces are disinfected on a daily basis.

• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
