A Day in the Life:  

• Dealer support: Manage dealer inquiries related to pricing and operations and responding and prioritizing requests on a timely manner. Includes Part Pricing setup based on the cost of the part and category level pricing strategies.

• Competitor Analysis: Research and monitor competitor aftersales strategies, pricing, and promotional activities.

• Promotional Strategy: Collaborate with the Sales team to develop promotional pricing strategies and incentives for aftersales products/services.

• Pricing Reporting: Create reports and dashboards to track the performance of aftersales marketing initiatives and pricing changes.

• Operations Support: Support operations team on daily op code mapping and any ad-hoc reporting/analysis requests..

Who We’re Looking for:

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

• Eagerness to learn and a passion for process improvement.

• Strong analytical and research skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools such as Power BI.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Creativity and the ability to think critically to solve problems.

• Passion for vehicles is an asset

Required:

Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with a co-op or internship requirement in Business in University or College.

Hourly Rate Range:
$21.00 - $24.00

Hourly Rate Estimate: This range represents the minimum and maximum hourly rates applicable to interns in this program or role. The hourly rate offered will fall within this range and is determined based on the intern’s academic progress (years completed in school).
