AI Solutions BI Developer Co-op

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic co-op who has passion for working with data, BI and AI. The ideal candidate has experience, education and exposure working with databases and business intelligence tools, preferably Power BI, Python, Pyspark, AI Services, and Databricks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop stored procedures, views, tables, and database designs
• Create Power BI reports
• Work with Azure Data Pipelines
• Write and maintain Python code
• Explore methods to build AI-powered dashboards
• Attend requirement analysis sessions with users
• Participate in proof of concept (POC) activities

Key Qualifications

• Pursuing post-secondary studies in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering or a related field
• Experience with SQL Server, Power BI, and SSAS Tabular model
• Comfortable with building reports, dashboards and KPIs, preferably in Power BI, Python programming, Databricks, and AI services
• Understanding users’ requirements, data analysis and business analysis
• Eager to learn new technologies
• Excellent communication skills, time management skills, and problem-solving skills
• Priority driven, high attention to detail, self-motivated, and can work independently
