Job Summary

Join our dynamic, industry-leading Business Development team, driving operational excellence and customer engagement across Canada and the USA. We are a results-focused team with a product-first mindset, committed to strengthening client relationships and delivering strategic growth. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Business Development Director for Costco USA/Canada and Canadian retail partners, contributing to key initiatives and operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze LDIA results to support business insights and decision-making
• Conduct sales analytics for Walmart Canada to identify trends and growth opportunities
• Optimize reporting processes and information flow for Costco Canada
• Provide operational and administrative support for day-to-day activities

Key Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
• Valid drivers licence with access to a vehicle for GTA travel
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear insight delivery
• Agile, ambitious, and proactive with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to business success
