You’ll work closely with our Buying team and gain practical experience that can help you build a foundation for a future career in buying, merchandising, or fashion operations. Learn how product selection, authentication, and market knowledge shape the collections our clients shop every day.

This role is intended for students seeking industry experience and may qualify for student wage subsidy programs or academic credit, depending on eligibility.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct product quality checks to ensure items meet company condition standards

• Support authentication processes by photographing items, organizing paperwork, and tracking items pending authentication

• Assist with quality maintenance and repairs, including preparing items for cleaning, repairs, and servicing

• Help with tagging, inventory organization, and RFID checks to maintain accurate product flow

• Provide administrative and cross-functional support to the Buying, Operations, Retail, and E-commerce teams

Requirements

• Proficiency in written and verbal English

• Excellent product knowledge and strong interest in luxury designer brands

• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail

• Desire to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

• Ability to learn quickly and work independently as well as collaboratively

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Ability to balance analytical and creative tasks

• Collaborative spirit and willingness to take a hands-on approach when needed

Internship Eligibility

This internship is intended for students seeking practical fashion industry experience and may qualify for student funding programs.

To be considered, candidates must:

• Currently be enrolled in a college or university program

• Be returning to their studies following the internship term

• Be legally entitled to work in Canada

• Preference will be given to candidates eligible for student wage subsidy programs or those able to receive academic credit

Internship Term

• Internship duration: May–August 2026

• Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week

• Exact schedule to be determined based on availability and business needs

Our Commitment to Inclusion

At Mine & Yours, diversity, equity, and inclusion are central to who we are. We know these values strengthen our business, our team, and our impact in the world. We welcome all qualified candidates to apply and are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for everyone.
