Pay Rate: $25 - $28 /hour
Civil/Geotechnical/Structural Engineering Intern
Delve Underground's Vancouver office is seeking an entry level Civil/Geotechnical/Structural Engineering Intern for a 4-12 month placement, starting May 2025 to assist our Construction Management team. The role will be focused on the Stanley Park Water Supply Tunnel Project, a massive world class tunnel project, in the heart of Vancouver. The successful candidate is expected to be full-time at the project site in Stanley Park working closely with the Construction Management team. Responsibilities could include any of the following: attending project meetings, preparing minutes, reviewing submittals, managing documentation and performing document control tasks, supporting the CM team with their duties, performing site monitoring and field reports. All work will be under the mentorship of more senior engineers/construction managers. This represents a unique opportunity to get involved with a major construction project from the ground up.
Qualifications:
As an intern with Delve Underground, you'll have the chance to engage with some of the most highly respected engineers and construction managers in the tunneling & trenchless market. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated student to work on exciting and significant infrastructure projects, delivering quality work that has a positive and lasting influence on the community.
Upon successful completion of this internship and graduation, the candidate may receive an offer for full-time employment - with diverse opportunities to explore tunnel design/analysis, construction management and field engineering.
