We are looking for a temporary Credit Summer Student to join our Sales Administration team in our Saskatoon office for a period of 4 months.

We are:
Headquartered in Saskatoon with three international offices, Canpotex is one of the world's largest suppliers of potash overseas. On behalf of our Shareholders, Mosaic and Nutrien, we market and deliver Saskatchewan potash, a valuable fertilizer nutrient, to millions of fields and farmers globally - ultimately helping the world grow more food.

The Opportunity:

• Support and process compliance activities, including Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.


• Ensure timely return of KYC documents and collaborate with the marketing team on required reviews.


• Manage documentation follow-up, handle inquiries, perform data administration, and review compliance records.


• Coordinate with the legal and marketing teams on compliance-related matters and follow-up to ensure completion.


• Provide support to the credit team as needed with various administrative and compliance tasks.

You Have:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma program. Studies in Business, International Business or a related field are considered an asset.


• Experience in an office or customer service-related position.


• Demonstrated computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite and comfortability using excel.

• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.


• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.


• A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to take initiative.


• Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately proofread documents.
