THE OPPORTUNITY

CONTEXT: 

Our RUN team is dedicated to serving our clients post go-live the best way we can to secure an exceptional client experience. With over 50 team members, our AMER RUN team is growing to satisfy demand. In this context of fast growth, you will help both public and private sector customers with support and maintenance to secure a smooth transition post go-live.

ROLE: 

Here at Ivalua, we are currently looking for a Customer Application Engineer Intern. Reporting to the Run Manager, you will be involved in helping senior team members with the Maintenance/Support workstream (post go-live). You will be shadowing the first point of contact for clients who have implemented Ivalua and are engaged with us.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US 

• Help gather business requirements, analyze the impact on the implemented solution, advise on procurement leading practices and configuration management


• Learn Ivalua products and become certified on Ivalua modules


• Use Ivalua Buyer technical framework (C#, .NET & SQL) to configure and customize Ivalua Buyer solution to meet specific business requirements


• Learn best practices and develop expertise in business domain (procurement industry)


• Interact with R&D team for product features


• Solve technical operational issues and assist CAE team members

YOUR PROFILE

If you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you:

Skills and Experience:  

• Some experience in software development, primarily in C#, .NET, and SQL Server


• Some experience in a client facing role
