Who You Are

We are inviting applications for a competent team player with a strong social and relationship-building aptitude, knowledge of basic organization and communications principles, and a clear interest in customer service. 

Qualification Requirements

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, or a similar program


• Experience and knowledge of day-to-day activities within a customer care department


• Effective communicator both orally and written


• Extensive working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Adobe


• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to precisely follow policies and procedures, along with effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines


• Basic problem-solving, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills within known procedures

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers and contractors while visiting Enova offices


• Accept and apply customer payments and assist with general in-person account inquiries


• Manage incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate extensions


• Scan and verify applications and service orders


• Assist with the setup and verification of pre-authorized payment applications, move in and move out forms and the processing of all online account applications


• Perform general administrative duties and ensure all front counter area activities are completed, as required
