About the role

We’re hiring a Developer Relations Video Content Inter to help expand our YouTube presence in the software, B2B SaaS and AI fields for winter (January-April). This role is ideal for students with a technical background (experience with software, devs, coding projects, etc.) who are interested in researching and communicating complex topics to a broad audience on YouTube.

You’ll be working on our Content Marketing team to create video content for our audience of developers and amateur coders. This could include researching, scripting, editing, digital publishing, and/or featuring in our YouTube videos.You’ll gain real-world exposure to developer relations, including how to break down technical concepts into clear, engaging narratives, showcase practical use cases of our platform, and build content that resonates with developer communities. You’ll also see how developer-focused content drives awareness and adoption in a fast-growing SaaS start-up.

Responsibilities

• Research technical topics in software, AI, and SaaS to inform video content
• Draft, edit, and refine video scripts for developer-focused YouTube content
• Collaborate with the content and developer relations teams to brainstorm new video ideas
• Participate in production — whether behind the scenes or on camera — to bring technical concepts to life
• Help optimize video content for engagement and reach, including SEO and YouTube best practices
• Support the measurement and reporting of video performance, drawing insights to improve future content

• Strong technical foundation (coding projects, software courses, or developer experience)
• Clear and engaging communication skills — both written and verbal
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a way that’s approachable for a broad audience
• Comfortable experimenting with video as a medium (no need for prior on-camera experience, but an interest helps)
• Curious, proactive, and motivated to make an impact in developer communities
• Interest in AI, SaaS, and developer relations
• Bonus: familiarity with YouTube, social media trends, or video editing tools
