Nous avons cinq stages disponibles, un pour chaque quart de travail, en plus d’un poste flottant (voir ci-dessous).

• 4X10Jour- du lundi au jeudi de 6h30 AM à 17h00 PM
• 4X10Soir - du lundi au jeudi de 17h00 PM à 3h30 AM
• 3x12Jour - du vendredi au dimanche de 6h30 AM à 18h30 PM
• 3x12Nuit - du vendredi au dimanche de 18h30 PM à 6h30 AM
• Flottant – Flexible pour se déplacer sur les 4 quarts de travail

Dans le cas des 5 postes disponibles, une certaine flexibilité sera demandée aux candidats sélectionnés.

Ton rôle:

En tant qu’étudiant(e) en supervision de production, tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec les superviseurs et les équipes de production afin de te familiariser avec les différentes facettes de la gestion des opérations manufacturières.

Tu contribueras aux activités quotidiennes de production, au suivi de certains indicateurs de performance ainsi qu’à des initiatives d’amélioration continue. Cette expérience te permettra de développer tes compétences en leadership, en résolution de problèmes et en gestion des opérations dans un environnement dynamique.

Tes responsabilités:

• Soutenir les superviseurs dans la coordination des activités quotidiennes de production.
• Participer au suivi des horaires et des priorités de production.
• Faire le suivi de certains indicateurs de production et aider à identifier les écarts ou les possibilités d’amélioration.
• Participer à des projets d’amélioration continue touchant notamment la sécurité, la qualité, l’efficacité et la réduction des pertes.
• Collaborer avec les employés de production et les différentes équipes afin de soutenir le bon déroulement des opérations.
• Contribuer à la mise à jour de procédures, d’outils de travail, de documents de formation et d’autres documents opérationnels.
• Participer à l’analyse de problématiques opérationnelles et proposer des pistes de solution avec l’accompagnement de l’équipe.
• Soutenir les initiatives visant à maintenir un environnement de travail sécuritaire, propre et conforme aux bonnes pratiques de fabrication (BPF).
• Collaborer avec différentes fonctions, notamment les équipes de qualité, d’ingénierie et des opérations, dans le cadre de projets ou d’initiatives.
• Préparer ou mettre à jour certains rapports et suivis liés aux activités de production.
• Développer une compréhension concrète du rôle d’un superviseur et des réalités liées à la gestion d’une équipe en milieu manufacturier.
• Signaler rapidement à son superviseur toute situation pouvant avoir un impact sur la sécurité ou la qualité des produits.

Qualifications professionnelles:

• Baccalauréat en ingénierie, en exploitation, en administration ou dans un domaine similaire (en cours ou terminé)
• Disponible à temps plein (40 heures par semaine) pour la saison estivale (début mai à fin août)
• Légalement autorisé à travailler au Canada
• Bilingue, FR & AN

We have five internships available, one for each shift, plus one floating position (see below).

• 4x10 Day - Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• 4x10 Evening - Monday through Thursday, 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM
• 3x12 Day - Friday through Sunday, 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• 3x12 Night - Friday through Sunday, 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM
• Floating – Flexible to rotate across all four shifts

For all five available positions, selected candidates will be expected to demonstrate some flexibility.

Your Role:

As a Production Supervision Student, you will work closely with supervisors and production teams to gain exposure to the various aspects of manufacturing operations management.

You will contribute to daily production activities, monitor selected performance indicators, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This experience will allow you to develop your leadership, problem-solving, and operations management skills in a dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support supervisors in coordinating daily production activities.
• Assist in monitoring production schedules and priorities.
• Track selected production indicators and help identify variances or opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects related to safety, quality, efficiency, and waste reduction.
• Collaborate with production employees and various teams to support the smooth flow of operations.
• Contribute to updating procedures, work tools, training materials, and other operational documents.
• Participate in analyzing operational issues and propose potential solutions with guidance from the team.
• Support initiatives aimed at maintaining a safe, clean work environment that complies with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Collaborate with various functions, including quality, engineering, and operations teams, on projects or initiatives.
• Prepare or update reports and tracking documents related to production activities.
• Develop a practical understanding of a supervisor’s role and the realities of managing a team in a manufacturing environment.
• Promptly report to your supervisor any situation that could affect product safety or quality.

Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business administration, or a similar field (in progress or completed)
• Available full-time (40 hours per week) for the summer term (early May through late August)
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Bilingual in French and English
