We are looking for a temporary Export Documentation Summer Student to join our Sales Administration team in our Saskatoon office for a period of 4 months.

Headquartered in Saskatoon with three international offices, Canpotex is one of the world's largest suppliers of potash overseas. On behalf of our Shareholders, Mosaic and Nutrien, we market and deliver Saskatchewan potash, a valuable fertilizer nutrient, to millions of fields and farmers globally - ultimately helping the world grow more food.
The Opportunity:
- Support the review and preparation of export shipping documentation, ensuring all documents are accurate and up to date, including handling the documentation for European lots.
- Collaborate and learn alongside cross-functional teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of how documentation supports the entire export process.
- Coordinate courier pickups and deliveries, ensuring customers receive all necessary documentation in a timely and efficient manner.
- Contribute to fostering positive relationships with the team and external stakeholders.
- Provide valuable support to the Export Documentation team and adapt to evolving needs as required.
You Have:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma program.
- Experience in an office or customer service-related position.
- Demonstrated computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite and comfortability using excel.

- Critical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately proofread documents.
