We are currently recruiting for a detail-oriented and dedicated Temporary Part Time Ground Maintenance Worker - to join our St Michael's Fenwyck team reporting to the Director, General Services. You will perform maintenance duties as directed by supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Cut grass, rake, aerate, dethatch, fertilize and water lawns, weed gardens, prune shrubs and trees.


• Operate power mowers, tractors, clippers, and other landscape maintenance equipment.


• Minor maintenance as needed


• Painting touch ups.


• Check fire extinguisher and exit lights.


• Deliver goods to various departments.


• Assist with move-ins for new residents.

All successful candidates must have, prior to start date:

• A current and clear Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Check that has been obtained no more than 90 calendar days prior to the hire date.
