We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern (Co-op Student) to join our team for the May 2026 semester (May – August 2026). In this role, you will work closely with ProCogia’s HR and Talent Acquisition teams to support recruitment, employee experience initiatives, and HR operations. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in human resources, contribute to meaningful projects, and learn how HR supports a growing consulting organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assistwith full-cycle recruitment activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening coordination, and interview scheduling.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, system updates, and new hire communications.
• Maintain and update HR records in the HRIS and ATS systems.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and HR projects.
• Support the preparation of HR reports and recruitment metrics.
• Help coordinate HR-related meetings, interviews, and internal events.
• Conduct research on HR best practices, talent trends, and recruitment strategies.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to HR operations and compliance.
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in a university program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR systems or ATS tools is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
