Job Description - Intern, Campus Recruitment & Student Programs, May to October 2026, Part-time (3 days a week)

The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Campus Recruitment & Student Programs intern to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating and supporting campus recruitment initiatives to attract top student talent and support our summer program. The ideal candidate will assist the internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process and internship experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate logistics for summer programs, including scheduling, training, administration support and workshops.
Support current strategies to enhance campus recruiting efforts, including job fairs, networking events, and on-campus interviews.
Coordinate logistics for campus recruitment events, including scheduling, and marketing materials.
Support applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate reporting on recruitment metrics.
Assist in screening and assessing candidates for internship and entry-level opportunities.
Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s presence on campus.
Monitor trends in campus recruitment and provide insights into continuous improvement.
Your Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Commerce, Communications, or a related field
Previous experience in campus recruitment, HR, student leadership, event coordination, or administrative support is an asset
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting with students, faculty, and internal stakeholders
Detail-oriented with strong administrative and follow-up skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Forms is an asset
Strong interest in talent acquisition, campus recruitment, and early career programs
Proactive, professional, and eager to learn in a collaborative team environment
Ability to work independently while also contributing as a team player
The salary range for this position is between $57,500 and $65,000. Compensation is set in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws and is subject to regular review in order to remain competitive in the marketplace. Salary positioning within this range reflects individual contribution and is based on objective criteria such as internal equity, experience, education, scope of the role and required skills.
