Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. \n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nWhat you\u2019ll do: \nThe successful candidate will assist the Marketing office with any / all engineering functions including, but not limited to, quotations, technical / product support, design \u0026 drafting, and order management. \n\nPrimary Responsibilities \n\u2022 Assist with drafting \u2013 quotations, 3D design using Inventor. \n\u2022 Assist with drafting \u2013 schematic diagrams using AutoCAD. \n\u2022 Assist our design department with projects / single line and specification review. \n\u2022 Assist our New Product Development process. \n\u2022 Assist Eaton\u2019s channel partners with product information, project RFQ\u2019s, order support and day to day electrical inquiries. \n\u2022 Supply support to our internal and external customers on all technical inquiries. \n\u2022 Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton\u2019s Values and Philosophy, as well as the Safety and Environmental Standards.\n\n## Qualifications:\n\nBasic Qualifications \n\u2022 Currently enrolled in an accredited Electrical, Mechanical or Power Systems Engineering or business-related Degree or Diploma Co-op program or its equivalent. \n\u2022 Legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship. \n\u2022 This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must reside within 120 kms of the work location. \n\n\nPreferred Qualifications \n\u2022 Experience in manufacturing electrical power distribution and/or control products. \n\u2022 3D design using Inventor or Revit experience is considered an asset. \n\u2022 Previous Electrical or customer service experience is considered an asset. \n\u2022 Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. \n\u2022 Strong problem-solving skills and time management capabilities. \n\u2022 Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics. \n\u2022 Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel. \n\u2022 Passion for innovation \u0026 continuous improvement, and willingness to challenge status quo. \n\nChez Eaton, nous utilisons l\u2019intelligence artificielle (IA) pour vous recommander des postes correspondant aux comp\u00e9tences et \u00e0 l\u2019exp\u00e9rience requises pour les r\u00f4les \u00e0 pourvoir.
