Internship Overview

We’re looking for a confident, creative, and camera-ready On-Camera Brand Ambassador to help us bring brand stories to life through short-form video content. You’ll learn what it takes to ideate, script, and shoot engaging TikTok/Reels-style videos and support the creative team in building content that converts.

This internship is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, loves being in front of the camera, and is eager to grow their skills in performance-driven content creation.

Location & Schedule

• Type: Internship (with potential to transition to full-time)
• Location: Onsite in Vancouver, BC
• Eligibility: Open to graduating students or recent grads in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related fields

What You’ll Do & Learn

• Be the face of short-form video ads—appear in TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts for various brands
• Ideate and shoot UGC-style content that feels natural and native to each platform
• Collaborate with the creative team on scripting and storyboarding product-focused videos
• Stay on top of trending audio, video formats, and social challenges to inspire fresh ideas
• Take part in the end-to-end content process—from filming to review and publishing
• Learn to apply direct response marketing principles to your on-camera delivery
• Support video performance analysis and iterate based on engagement data

Who You Are

• A confident on-camera communicator with a natural, relatable delivery
• Passionate about TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form content
• Comfortable filming yourself and experimenting with video ideas
• Curious about what makes people click, watch, and buy
• Organized, proactive, and excited to contribute creative ideas
• Bonus: Experience with basic video editing, scripting, or creator marketing
