We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for logistics, collaboration, problem-solving and creativity. Our transportation team is growing, and the intern will be able to actively participate in logistics projects within the company. The internship will take place at our head office in Saint-Hubert under the supervision of a mentor, with the aim of advancing technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Possibility of starting the internship on a part-time basis and extension of the internship period.

Summary of duties:

• Management of several TMS including telematics software;
  • Help test and implement new telematics software functionalities;
• Transport route profitability analysis (standard times and distances);
• Multiple KPI creation and maintaining through Excel and other tools;
• Data input;
• Possibility of working on upgrading the transport module in the ERP system, Dynamics AX;
• All related tasks.

• Degree in supply chain management and logistics or AEC, DEC in logistics and transportation;
• Knowledge of transportation laws an asset (law 430, hours of service, FMCSA, loads and dimensions, etc.);
• Advanced computer skills (ERP, Excel);
• French-English bilingualism, both spoken and written (English is mandatory to be able to communicate with our clients in the United-States);
• Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize within strict deadlines;
• Strong team spirit and organizational skills;
• Reacts well under pressure and is detail-oriented.
