This internship offers a strong practical learning experience, exposing you to real field\u2011ready equipment, hands\u2011on maintenance activities, and the operational side of SLB\u2019s production testing technologies. You will work closely with experienced technicians and engineers, gaining insight into how critical measurement equipment is maintained, tested, and prepared for reliable performance. For more information about SLB, please visit slb.com.\n\nRoles and Responsibilities\n\n * Support the Maintenance Engineering team with daily tasks such as failure analysis, equipment assessments, troubleshooting, and basic documentation.\n * Participate in hands\u2011on shop activities as needed, including inspections, testing, or evaluation of mechanical components.\n * Support the development and implementation of standardized maintenance processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and equipment reliability.\n * Work closely with maintenance engineers, planners, and sourcing teams to support ongoing operations.\n * Collaborate with local technical experts and broader organizational teams as required.\n * Gain hands-on training and mentorship from experienced maintenance engineers.\n\n\n\nQualifications and Experience\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s (second year or higher) student in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering disciplines.\n * Strong mechanical aptitude, as well as strong problem\u2011solving and analytical skills.\n * Self\u2011motivated, proactive, and able to deliver tasks on time with minimal supervision.\n * Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse groups.\n * Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Canada without company sponsorship.\n\n\n\nSchlumberger Canada Limited is committed to workplace diversity and employment equity and supports initiatives to enhance employment opportunities for local workforces and Indigenous Persons.\n\n#LI-DB1\n\n-\n
