We’re looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to support our Bayshore HealthCare Staffing Division during the Spring 2026 term (May 4th, 2026 – August 28th, 2026). This role is ideal for a student who wants meaningful, and hands-on experience managing social media, supporting campaigns, and learning how marketing contributes to recruiting and employer branding in the healthcare industry.
This is a hybrid full-time role designed to support learning and skill-building. The marketing intern will need to report to head office during the first week of onboarding at 2101 Hadwen Rd, Mississauga, ON L5K 2L3 with the option of hybrid or fully remote thereafter.
Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain consistent posting on our Bayshore Staffing Division Facebook and LinkedIn pages
Schedule and publishing the Spring 2026 social media content calendar
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging
Assist Marketing Assistant with monthly newsletters
Track engagement metrics and highlight post-performances
Content & Campaign Support
Assist with writing captions, creating simple visuals (e.g., Canva)
Record, edit and publish creative reels to expand our recruitment marketing efforts
Support campaigns that promote virtual recruitment events
Conduct light research for post ideas, trends, and competitor activity
Collaboration & Organization
Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator to prioritize tasks and deadlines
Help organize digital assets (photos, templates, drafts) for easy access
Participate in occasional team check-ins and contribute creative ideas
(Optional/As Needed Learning Opportunities)
Support email newsletter drafts or internal communications
Assist with event promotion planning (virtual)
Assist with file organization for easy accessibility
Who we’re looking for:
Current student at college or university studying Marketing, Communications, or related field returning to studies in September 2026
Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills
Comfortable using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn)
Organized, reliable, creativity and eager to learn
Experience with Canva, basic content creation, or scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite) is an asset (but not required)
Note: This position is full-time suited for current students seeking internship experience.
