At Protocase Inc. and 45Drives Ltd., we're looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team in Sydney, Nova Scotia. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across several areas of marketing while contributing to real projects that support our companies and their growth.

About the Role

As our Marketing Intern, you'll support the Protocase and 45Drives marketing team across a variety of projects and channels.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting internal marketing and communications, helping company news get shared through channels such as Workvivo, company TVs, and more.


• Helping create and coordinate social media content.


• Assisting the team with event logistics.


• Providing behind-the-scenes administrative support for podcast production.


• Supporting other marketing initiatives and day-to-day projects as needed.


• Taking ownership of marketing projects related to specific product lines and capabilities, including researching opportunities and developing practical tactics and strategies that can help drive company growth.

About You

You might be a great fit if you:

• Have a degree or diploma in Marketing or a related field, or have relevant experience and/or a strong interest in marketing.


• Are a strong communicator.


• Are naturally curious, creative, and eager to learn.


• Have excellent computer skills and are comfortable learning new technology.


• Have experience or comfort using AI tools — this would be a major asset.


• Have experience with Canva or similar creative tools — an asset.


• Are organized and have strong attention to detail.


• Can follow instructions while also being a self-starter.


• Enjoy taking on challenges and working with speed and purpose.


• Are a good team player who brings a humble and hungry mindset.

Compensation

This internship offers a base wage of $19 CAD per hour, with the opportunity to earn additional incentives based on performance. Incentives are tied to project execution, campaign support, and measurable contributions, allowing interns to increase their earnings through strong engagement and results. This structure is designed to reward initiative while providing meaningful, hands-on experience.
