Medical Affairs Assistant Intern - Summer Student

• Participate in the distribution of safety report to various reviewing parties: reception, tracking, distribution/submission, follow up on confirmation of receipt and filing.
• Provide support to manage investigator site user access to Safety Distribution System
• Provide support for Third Party Organization oversight to ensure appropriate monitoring and follow up of safety reporting activities.
• Provide support for the timely Trial Master File (TMF) filing for Medical Affairs documents.
• Participate in the QC of TMF and issue resolution.
• Provide support to the Medical Affairs team in study-related activities (e.g. mailings, filing, team roaster, document tracking, writing minutes, etc.)

• Currently enrolled in any Science related Program at a Post Secondary Institution
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Effective organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and prioritize work effectively

• $18.00 per hour
• 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Temporary Summer Work Term
• Remote Work Arrangement
