Qualification Requirements

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, or a similar program


• Experience and knowledge of day-to-day activities within an operations department is preferred


• Extensive working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe


• Effective communicator both orally and written


• Intermediate problem solving, critical thinking and trouble shooting skills within known procedures or precedents


• Ability to proficiently organize and manage a large number of files concurrently


• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to precisely follow policies and procedures, along with effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines


• Ability to cover and provide timely responses to Operations Service Crews reconnects, locate, forestry, or electrician inquiries


• Ability to schedule appointments in an accurate and precise manner


• Ability to work with and update various reports


• Ability to provide general administrative support and records management for the Operations department


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Ability to perform duties unsupervised
  
  

Salary: $22.73
