Job Summary

The Packaging and Digital Asset Management Co-op is an organized and detail-oriented

individual who will be working on asset management working collaboratively with cross-functional teams within the organization and externally. The co-op must be able to work independently, prioritize workload and manage project initiatives in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in developing and executing primary and secondary packaging artwork, including digital artwork routing
• Lead the creation, review, and completion of secondary case labels in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Attend vendor press-approvals for primary packaging as required
• Gather, manage, and edit product images for a comprehensive marketing and sales library
• Create product descriptions for the Central Data Bank management system
• Maintain digital and physical filing systems for artwork standards across private label brands
• Present project updates confidently to stakeholders
• Develop documentation and training materials as assigned

Key Qualifications

• Pursuing post-secondary studies in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• Sound knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of file management and storage is an asset, i.e. Photo files, presentations and PDF
• Clear communication skills along with a positive attitude
• Experience in photography is an asset
