We are looking for a post-secondary Events Management student to join our Team!
The Post-Secondary Placement student will assist in event planning, delivery, directing teams and vendors to ensure the completion of the event agenda and respond to last minute adjustments. They will be responsible for coordination of on-site meetings and events including advising on space booking, detailing event agendas, communicating with vendors, food and beverage management, set-ups, staffing, safety planning and post-event reporting. They will also help raise funds for various programs and initiatives that will help decrease stigma associated with mental illness & addictions.
Status: Fall 2026 unpaid Student Placement, 20hrs/week for a duration of 4 to 6 months starting in September 2026.
Salary: Unpaid Placement
Location: This position is based out of our 314- 7700 Hurontario St., Brampton office. Although we operate within a hybrid workplace model, staff are required to have on-site and/or community presence as per program and client needs.
