The pay range for the co-op student role will reflect factors such as the candidate's experience, academic level, and the specific skillset  for the role. 

 

Loblaw has adopted the following hybrid working model (a combination of working between the office and remotely). Colleagues can work remotely up to 1 day a week, while spending the other 4 days in the office (to be determined by each business unit). 

Be part of the Store Planning and Design Team within Loblaw, continuing the deployment and implementation of Revit and ACC Docs within Loblaw Real Estate. Your work in these programs will continue to move us forward in standardization across all Loblaws Banners.

You’ll exercise and improve your skills through drawing development and updates, learn document and project coordination between Loblaw Real Estate and external Architectural Consultants, and gain an understanding of the flow of information throughout a project’s lifecycle, from concept to completion. You’ll also gain exposure to other areas of the business as related to the projects that Loblaw Real Estate works on.
 

What You’ll Do:  

  • Responsible for creating ACC Docs for the entire Loblaws Network. 
  • Compile data from multiple drawings for use in business decisions.
  • Responsible for updating our drawing files from CAD content linked into a Revit Project to Revit Families within the Revit Project.
  • Responsible for updating plans for projects in Revit using Phasing.
  • Attend meetings and assist in the creation of Markups based on the everchanging business strategy. 
  • Other duties as required.  

What You’ll Need:  

  • 0-2 Years’ experience.
  • Enrolled in University or College in Architectural Technology or related field.
  • Able to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong math and statistics knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Revit/AutoCAD with an emphasis on Revit .
  • Intermediate competency level in Microsoft Excel.
  • Be able to work well individually and in groups.
  • Insightful, giving new perspectives & identifying paths beyond the status quo.
  • Engaging; a person who makes connections and builds trust.
  • Confident in problem solving.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
