Job Description - Stagiaire en marketing et design graphique


CWP Bois est un importateur de bois d’œuvre desservant des clients à travers l’Amérique du Nord. Nous collaborons avec des constructeurs, des manufacturiers, des distributeurs et des professionnels de l’industrie afin de fournir des matériaux de haute qualité pour des projets résidentiels et commerciaux.

Nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire en marketing passionné(e) par le design et la conception visuelle pour soutenir la création de matériel promotionnel pour CWP Bois et ses produits. Ce rôle est fortement axé sur la création artistique et la conception de visuels impactant, destinés à promouvoir des produits et soutenir les initiatives marketing. Nous cherchons une personne créative, autonome et proactive, capable non seulement de proposer des concepts forts, mais aussi de les exécuter avec rigueur et souci du détail.

Design graphique & création
  • Concevoir des visuels marketing tels que :
    • Graphiques pour médias sociaux (axés produit)
    • Visuels promotionnels de produits
    • Présentations de vente (sales decks)
    • One-pagers et fiches produits
    • Visuels pour campagnes email
    • Éléments visuels pour site web et landing pages
  • Développer des concepts visuels pour :
    • Lancements de produits
    • Campagnes promotionnelles
    • Initiatives marketing ciblées
  • Adapter les designs selon différents formats et plateformes
  • Assurer la cohérence visuelle avec l’identité de la marque

Marketing & stratégie
  • Participer au développement et à l’exécution de campagnes marketing
  • Effectuer des recherches sur :
    • Les concurrents
    • Les tendances en design et marketing
    • Le positionnement de marché
  • Contribuer au développement de matériel pour les stratégies de mise en marché (go-to-market)
  • Proposer des idées créatives pour améliorer l’impact visuel des communications produit

Profil recherché
  • Étudiant(e) en dernière ou avant-dernière année dans un programme en design graphique, marketing, communication visuelle, design industriel.
  • Solides compétences en design graphique
  • Maîtrise des outils tels que Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Canva, Figma.
  • Sens artistique développé et bon œil pour la composition, la typographie et la mise en page
  • Capacité à transformer une idée stratégique en concept visuel concret
  • Autonomie, créativité et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets

CWP Wood is a lumber importer serving customers across North America. We collaborate with builders, manufacturers, distributors, and industry professionals to supply high-quality materials for residential and commercial projects.

We are seeking a Marketing Intern who is passionate about design and visual creation to support the development of promotional materials for CWP Wood and its products.
This role is highly focused on artistic creation and the development of impactful visuals aimed at promoting products and supporting marketing initiatives.
We are looking for a creative, self-driven, and proactive individual who can not only propose strong concepts but also execute them with precision and attention to detail.

Graphic Design & Creative
  • Design marketing visuals such as:
    • Product-focused social media graphics
    • Product promotional visuals
    • Sales presentations (sales decks)
    • One-pagers and product sheets
    • Email marketing visuals
    • Website and landing page visual elements
  • Develop visual concepts for:
    • Product launches
    • Promotional campaigns
    • Targeted marketing initiatives
  • Adapt designs across various formats and platforms
  • Ensure visual consistency with the brand identity

Marketing & Strategy
  • Participate in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Conduct research on:
    • Competitors
    • Design and marketing trends
    • Market positioning
  • Contribute to the development of materials supporting go-to-market strategies
  • Propose creative ideas to enhance the visual impact of product communications

Profile
  • Currently in the final or second-to-last year of a program in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communication, or Industrial Design
  • Strong graphic design skills
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Canva, and Figma
  • Strong artistic sense with a keen eye for composition, typography, and layout
  • Ability to translate strategic ideas into concrete visual concepts
  • Self-motivated, creative, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
