Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Resident Care ensuring evidence is gathered regarding compliance with expected provincial and national standards of care and quality of life.

The individual will assist in:

• preparing and/or implementing survey tools,


• auditing records,


• analyzing findings to identify gaps between expected and actual practices and drafting summary reports.

All successful candidates must have, prior to start date:

• A current and clear Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Check that has been obtained no more than 90 calendar days prior to the hire date.
