Diamond is looking for a motivated and energetic Strategy Intern, Influencer with a strong interest in social media, content creation, and all things influencer. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience working in the fast paced world of social influence across a variety of clients. 

In this role, you’ll learn the fundamentals of how to develop, manage and measure a creator program and support the team with research, coordination, and day-to-day execution of influencer programs.

What You’ll Do:

• Research and identify influencers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)


• Help build and maintain influencer lists for campaigns


• Support outreach and communication with influencers


• Assist in coordinating influencer partnerships and content deliverables


• Monitor live campaigns and track performance


• Help with reporting and building client-ready presentations


• Support the team on day-to-day campaign tasks and logistics


• Stay up to date on social media trends and influencer activity

What We’re Looking For:

• Interest in influencer marketing, social media, and digital trends aka someone who is chronically online and loves to get deep in the creep 


• Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat etc.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Good written and verbal communication skills


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment


• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn


• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Nice to Have:

• Relevant coursework, internship, or personal experience in social media, PR, or marketing


• Experience managing or creating content on personal or brand social accounts
