Student – Administrator, New Business 

Summer student job / Full-time / 2 days in-office required

What you will accomplish with us 

 
As a Student – Administrator, New Business, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities: 

• Validation of approved policies to ensure compliance before sending; 

• Submit corrections for non-compliant contracts to ensure an exemplary level of service; 

• Perform verification of returned policies to validate the data entered; 

• Print paper documents, according to agent requests, and assemble them; 

• Transfer files to the appropriate teams according to the nature of the requests.

We are looking for a person who: 

• Is currently enrolled in CEGEP or University in a related field; 

• Is recognized for their accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and verification; 

• Stands out for their autonomy and sense of responsibility; 

• Demonstrates a strong ability to work in a changing environment; 

• Demonstrates a good command of the Office Suite; 

• Has an intermediate level of the English language since the person will be required to communicate orally and in writing with unilingual English-speaking internal partners located throughout Canada, including the manager located in Toronto, on a daily basis.
