Position Overview:
Forum Asset Management is seeking a Student Housing Associate to support leasing execution and broader real estate operations across its Waterloo portfolio, reporting to the Manager, Real Estate Asset Management.
Based in Waterloo, this role will be a key member of the Real Estate Operations team and will contribute to driving occupancy performance during the student housing leasing cycle while gaining exposure to operations, asset management, and investment functions across the platform.
This role is part of the FREE Program (Forum Real Estate Excellence), an 18-month structured contract designed to accelerate early-career talent through hands-on experience and cross-functional exposure. Your duties and responsibilities will evolve over the term of the program based on business needs and performance.
You will be expected to work on-site at assigned properties or project locations. Your primary work location will be in Waterloo and you may be required to travel between sites or attend meetings at other Company locations as reasonably required.
