Job Description - Student - Operations Administration

REPORTS TO: Supervisor of Operations Administration
LOCATION: Burford Administration Office

Responsibilities/Duties:

Perform administrative duties and provide clerical back-up support to the Operations Administration team.
Respond to and track public inquiries and complaints while delivering excellent customer service.
Process work orders, online submissions, permits and invoices in a timely and consistent manner.
Assist with tasks such as filing, data entry and notice circulations.
Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge/Skills Required:

Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
Strong abilities with MS Office, including outlook, word, PowerPoint, excel
Microsoft Access would be considered an asset.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and utilize discretion.

Education: Enrollment in a post-secondary Business or Municipal Administration program would be considered an asset.

Duration: May to September
Hourly Rate: $22.54 (2025 rate)

You must be enrolled in a post-secondary Institution and returning to school in the fall in order to qualify for this position.
