Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing field-related initiatives: supporting weekly field huddles, and quarterly center deep dives by capturing insights, tracking action items, and ensuring appropriate follow-up.
Assist with preparation and coordination of the Cycle & team meetings
Coordinate cross‑functional activities and consolidate budget inputs to support execution of the 2027 annual tactical plan.
Support the day-to-day operational activities such as order management and coordination of customer activities in RLT Ordering System (ROME) as well as SAP
Support the development and compilation of the weekly and monthly reports. Data analysis and trending of orders performance, as well as tracking of shipments to customers.
Essential Requirements:
Enrolled in a university program in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field.
Strong coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
High level of attention to detail and ability to work with operational data
Collaboration and teamwork
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, ability to quickly learn internal systems
Bilingual (French & English)
