Summer Student - Retail Leasing Intelligence

Role Impact:

To provide support to the Retail Leasing Intelligence Team, including, but not limited to pitch deck support, B2B material, prospecting support, monthly content maintenance, and research tasks within the office in Toronto.

What you will deliver:

• Preparation of marketing material, leasing packages, and presentations for internal and external use.


• Content updates regarding new store openings, monthly sales updates.


• Preparation of internal and external research tasks relating to sales and traffic.


• Researching new clients for the retail leasing team.


• Admin support for the team.


• Maintain professional service and support in internal and client facing duties including phone and email inquiries and other interactions.

What your strengths are:

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal


• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word with the ability to quickly adapt to other programs (Tableau)


• Preparation of reports and materials to meet deadlines


• Strong research and prospecting abilities


• Self-starter and highly motivated


• Have an interest in staying up to date on retail trends 

What you need to succeed:

• Enrolled in an Undergraduate Degree in a Business, Leasing or Marketing related program


• Proficient computer skills

Minimum starting hourly rate of $17.85. The hourly rate for this position will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, the role, academic program, year, and prior work experience.
