Position: Summer Student – Voyage Contract Management
Location: Montreal, Quebec
Start/End Date: May 2026 to August 2026

We are currently looking for a Summer Student to support our Voyage Contract Management team.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE
Key responsibilities include:

• Assist with maintaining vessel details and updating data in internal systems.
• Support the processing of hire and commission invoices.
• Help verify voyage-related data and ensure accuracy in records.
• Contribute to managing spreadsheets and reports related to tolls, rebates, and declarations.
• Provide administrative support for various maritime operations tasks.
• Perform any other duties, as required.

WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON
Core Skills:

• Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Bilingualism (English and French).
• Motivated and adaptable in a dynamic setting.

Setting you up for success
We are looking for highly talented, curious, and self-motivated university students (preferably in Business, Logistics, or related fields) available from May to August.
