Water/Wastewater Summer Student
Town of Tillsonburg is looking for an outgoing Water/Wastewater Summer Student that will be responsible for supporting the water/wastewater team in general maintenance activities relating to the Town’s water infrastructure.
This is a seasonal student position with an option to enroll in OMERS defined pension plan.

• Enrolled in a post-secondary University degree or College Diploma program and returning to school in Fall
• A valid Class G Driver’s license in good standing with no more than six (6) demerit points.
• Motivated, self-directed learner who will take initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to participate as an effective team member and to support and project values compatible with the Town.
• Ability to work in a team environment and accept and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Hard working, motivated and reliable – with the ability to attend work regularly and punctually.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including working outdoors in varying climates and weather conditions.
• Availability to work for duration of the summer.
