We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Treasury and Cash Collection team, focusing primarily on Cash Collection (80%) and supporting Cash Management (20%) activities. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in corporate treasury operations, customer collections, and liquidity management within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cash Collection (80%)
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices
- Communicate professionally with customers via email and phone to resolve payment issues
- Assist in preparing aging reports and analyzing overdue accounts
- Support the escalation process for delinquent accounts in coordination with Sales and Finance teams
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and update internal systems accordingly
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance collection efficiency
- Cash Management (20%)
- Assist in daily cash positioning and forecasting across bank accounts
- Support the preparation of weekly cash reports and dashboards
- Help reconcile bank statements and ensure proper cash allocation
- Participate in treasury-related projects, such as bank fee analysis or automation initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure optimal cash utilization
Who You Are:
- You have strong communication skills, able to professionally communicate with customers and internal teams via email and phone.
- You are highly organized and capable of maintaining accurate records of collection activities.
- You are a quick learner, able to assist in preparing reports and supporting treasury-related projects.
- You are able to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including Sales and Finance teams.
- You are eager to gain hands-on experience in corporate treasury operations, customer collections, and liquidity management.
- You are able to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
$22 - $24 an hour
