Position Summary:

Undergraduate Course Assistants (UCAs) for NUR1 236, NUR1 339, and NUR2 535 will be required to provide laboratory demonstrations on abdominal (and some pelvic) anatomy using pre-dissected cadaveric specimens (i.e., prosections). In addition, UCAs will be expected to participate in laboratory set-up, clean-up, and reinforcing the Anatomy Lab Code of Conduct. Depending on the number of applications received, a select number of applicants may be asked to participate in an informal interview process.

Qualifications:

To be considered, you must have successfully completed any of the following courses in good standing. Equivalent courses at other institutions are also acceptable.

ANAT 214, ANAT 316, or FMD – INDS 114 (Block E)

Hourly Rate:

$16.10/hour

Location: Strathcona Anatomy and Dentistry Building, Room 2/49 (Anatomy Laboratory)
