User Experience (UX) Research Intern

Key Responsibilities 

• Apply knowledge of methodology and practices of UX qualitative and quantitative research.

• Work with cross-functional team members to define and prioritize research questions and develop UX metrics. 

• Conduct empirical research to identify and extract meaningful patterns of user behavior.

• Generate user experience insights that will help drive product improvements. 

• Assist with user interviews, journey mapping, and research synthesis.

Qualifications 

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Familiarity with UX research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing. 

• Strong communication and collaboration skills. 

• Ability to analyze and integrate user feedback and research findings.

• Salary range CAD $20 to $ 22 / Hour
