What you’ll do:  
 
Front-End Web Development 

• Use HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for basic web updates 

• Learn how to make pages responsive and accessible 

• Understand how websites behave across different browsers and devices 

CMS Content & Website Updates 

• Build and update web pages using CMS tools (WordPress, HubSpot, Umbraco) 

• Work with developers and marketers to publish content and update assets 

• Support the website redesign by creating pages using templates 

• Monitor website speed and performance when new content goes live 

• Build blogs and digital content while keeping files organized and version-controlled 

Digital Marketing & Department Support 

• Process digital marketing requests using tools like ClickUp and Microsoft Office 

• Help create project plans, track progress, and follow up on tasks 

• Suggest improvements to workflows and help streamline operations 

Nice to have skills 

• Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3; JavaScript is a bonus 

• Interest in learning modern CMS platforms and building pages using templates 

• Ability to keep digital files organized with clear naming and version control 

• Comfort using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and willingness to learn tools like ClickUp or Asana 

• Strong written and verbal communication with great attention to detail 

• Willingness to ask questions, learn from others, and collaborate with developers and marketers 
   

Replacement Role - The targeted compensation range for this position typically falls between $50,000 - $60,000 annually.  Final compensation is determined by education, experience, and internal equity principles.
