Job Overview:Vantage Marketing Canada is looking for our next TOP performer. In partnership with mySolar, a premier solar PV installation company, we’re at the forefront of the green energy revolution in Canada by helping homeowners switch to renewable energy instead of renting power from their utility companies. As a Solar Sales Representative, you’ll receive daily in-person training, and learn and compete within a team environment. The daily routine consists of a morning meeting, followed by 6-8 hours of prospecting and closing solar installation agreements for mySolar. You’ll be incentivized on a production basis through a fully commission-based pay structure and individual and team sales competitions. Instead of filling your resume with meaningless buzzwords, you can provide future employers with concrete performance numbers that set you apart. As such, we look for ambitious and extremely motivated individuals who are not just looking to pass the summer by, but rather seek to maximize their earnings and gain valuable and transferable business skills.In this position, you will be performing hundreds of sales presentations to a very diverse group of people, furthering your skill set by instilling a new level of confidence and ability to sell to people of all ages and backgrounds.What’s in it for you?Tangible sales experience of owning the entire sales process - from prospecting to closing,Best-in-class sales training covering topics such as negotiation, use of body language and tonality, different sales frameworks, and persuasion,An in-depth introduction to the solar industry - the fastest growing renewable energy source,Flexible schedule, andUncapped earning potential.Nervous about doing presentations in class? Sales experience is an asset but not necessary.Expected Compensation:This is a commission-only sales contractor position, and applicants can expect to earn at least $20-$25k CAD in the summer period based on our company’s historical averages. It should be noted that our compensation is uncapped, and is entirely proportional to the amount of sales you make.Work Week Expectations (Hours):You will have the ability to own your schedule. However, it is highly encouraged for each sales rep to attend daily sales meetings and work 6 days a week over the summer. There is no restriction on the amount of hours a sales rep wishes to work in a week.
