Accounts Payable - Remote Work

Job Description:

Harley-Davidson, a leading motorcycle manufacturer, is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in a remote work capacity located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Process accounts payable invoices accurately and timely - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Assist with month-end closing activities - Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy of financial records - Assist with ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in accounts payable - Confident and motivated personality - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to work cooperatively with team members - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
