EMCOR Group is seeking a passionate and resourceful Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This is a part-time remote work opportunity, perfect for entry-level candidates looking to build their career in finance.

Responsibilities: - Process and post customer payments to accounts receivable - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and send out invoices to customers - Follow up on overdue accounts and communicate with customers regarding payment status - Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable - Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate billing and collections

Requirements: - Strong critical thinking skills - Ability to negotiate effectively with customers - Excellent attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
