Accounts Receivable - Remote Work

As an Accounts Receivable Associate at Sherwin-Williams, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable functions remotely from the comfort of your home in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. In this part-time role at the Associate Level, you will need at least 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field. We are looking for someone who is independent, resilient, and has strong project management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Review and reconcile customer accounts - Process customer payments and refunds - Monitor accounts to ensure timely payment - Follow up on overdue accounts - Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable - Work closely with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies - Assist with month-end closing activities - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer transactions

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
