Accounts Receivable - Remote Work

At Pembina Pipeline Corporation, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in a remote part-time position based in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate Level employee with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable functions for our company.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to customers on a timely basis - Follow up on outstanding receivables and collections - Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities - Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions - Prepare and analyze aging reports on a regular basis - Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing receivables - Provide support for month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable - Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed

Requirements: - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Prior experience in accounts receivable or related field - Passionate and adaptable personality traits - Demonstrated leadership and time management skills - Equal Opportunity Employer
