Accounts Receivable - Remote Work

Job Description:

Farmers Insurance Exchange is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This is a part-time, remote work position at the Associate Level, ideal for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations - Ensure accurate and timely billing of customers and clients - Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments - Process and post payments to customer accounts - Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts receivable - Prepare financial reports and analysis as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations - Maintain up-to-date records and documentation related to accounts receivable

Requirements: - Proven experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Hardworking and resilient attitude - Time management and decision-making skills - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
